Coaching the Lawyer during the trial of a medical malpractice case, asking the key questions that only a Clinician will know.
Guide the Lawyer through a medical case in determining if standards of care were met.
Help draft memorandums with keywords and issues to expedite a case.
Guide the Self-Represented Litigant with damages resulting from misdiagnosis, injury, and delay in service.
Complete assessment and direction, coaching clients who have been denied the required standard of care, most specifically at the Nursing level.
